ROCE Tarragona opens this Thursday, March 26, at 7:00 p.m. in the El Serrallo neighborhood, with a special inauguration event that launches a new gastronomic space specialized in rice dishes in one of the areas most linked to the city's restaurant scene.
The new establishment joins a concept that already had a presence in the Costa Daurada. The brand operates with venues like ROCE Cambrils and is also present in Salou, and now expands its presence with this opening in Tarragona.
A proposal centered on rice dishes
The offer from ROCE Tarragona revolves around rice dishes with vegetables, fish, and meat, with a formula designed for sharing at the table. The approach seeks to rely on a recognizable product and on a consumption format that fits with groups and social meals.
The restaurant will offer midday menus during the week and will also feature weekend options, with a proposal adapted to different consumption moments.
Expansion in the Costa Daurada
The arrival at El Serrallo reinforces the brand's presence on the Tarragona coastline, where it had already developed previous activity. The opening is part of the continuity of a gastronomic project that continues to grow within the Costa Daurada.
Leading the project is a team with training in the Basque Culinary Center and with professional experience in El Celler de Can Roca and in other Michelin-starred establishments. With this new addition, El Serrallo adds from this Thursday another restaurant specialized in rice dishes to its catering offer.
