The Prosecutor's Office has requested bail of one million euros for Jonathan Andic to be released after his arrest for his alleged involvement in the death of his father, Isak Andic, founder of Mango. The investigated person was arrested this Tuesday at his home and the Mossos d'Esquadra later transferred him to police facilities.

The case maintains one of its main tensions at that point. Jonathan Andic testified before the judge of Martorell as investigated for the homicide of his father, but refused to answer the police while the proceedings remain under summary secrecy.

The prosecutor requested bail of one million to avoid provisional detention

The request came from Teresa Yoldi, the prosecutor in the case, who asked the investigating judge to set that amount as a measure to prevent the businessman's son from being provisionally imprisoned. The magistrate took his statement in judicial proceedings after his time at police facilities.

For now, the proceedings have not gone beyond these basic actions because the court maintains summary secrecy. This limitation prevents knowing what specific evidence supports the investigation opened into the death of Isak Andic.
