The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a 28-year-old woman in Roquetes as the alleged perpetrator of a hate and discrimination crime and another of damages, following an investigation opened for xenophobic graffiti and stickers in a children's park in the municipality.
The case focuses on a space intended for families and minors, where messages against the Muslim community appeared. The investigation began in April and was placed under the tutelage of the Tortosa Court of Instance.

The agents initiated proceedings after detecting graffiti and stickers with xenophobic content in that facility in Roquetes. The procedure was directed by the General Information Police Station with the collaboration of the Local Police of Roquetes.
The arrested woman is under investigation for an alleged hate and discrimination crime and for another of damages. The Mossos arrested her as part of an inquiry focused on messages directed against the Muslim community of the town.
The search of the home found indications of national socialist ideology
During the investigation, the agents searched the suspect's home. There, they seized evidence linking her to national socialist ideology and the organization Núcleo Nacional.
The case was judicialized in Tortosa while police checks on the authorship of the graffiti and stickers progressed. Both the General Information Police Station and the Local Police of Roquetes participated in the operation.
Finally, the arrested woman was brought before the judicial authorities on May 9 before the Tortosa Court of Instance.
