The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating the violent death of a man found on Saturday, May 16, inside a farmhouse in Reus, after receiving a tip around 2:00 PM about a suspected fight in the property.
When citizen security units arrived at the home, they found the lifeless body with clear signs of violence. Two men, aged 46 and 79, were at the farmhouse, and one of them attempted to flee upon the police's arrival.

The officers located these two men inside the home and arrested both for their alleged involvement in the death. The investigation is now focused on clarifying what happened inside the farmhouse and the participation of each of the detainees.
The initial tip indicated a possible fight in the property. Based on that call, the Mossos deployed citizen security patrols, who confirmed the presence of the body on the Reus estate.
