Reus hosts the 30th edition of Trapezi, Fira del Circ de Catalunya, with more than eighty performances and sixty companies spread across various city locations. The program unfolds between the Teatre Fortuny, Plaça del Mercadal, Parc de la Festa, Parc de Mas Iglesias, and the surroundings of the Museu de Reus.

The fair reaches a round number of editions with an offering that combines large-format and street performances, from shows about the Arctic and indigenous culture to productions that place circus in a war context or make labor mistakes the focus of the stage.

At the Teatre Fortuny, the Swiss company Cie Jessica Arpin presents 'Siku' combines humor, memory, and self-criticism in a show focused on the Arctic and indigenous culture. The production is part of an edition that once again divides the programming between the theater and public spaces.

In Plaça del Mercadal, La Troupe Malabó performs 'EIRENÊ, under the tent of the sky'. The production places circus activity in a war context and incorporates music, humor, and acrobatics.

Parc de la Festa brings together clown, contemporary circus, and aikido-inspired acrobatics

Another focus of the fair is in Parc de la Festa. There, the company Totapedra offers 'Pifia', a clown and contemporary circus show focused on labor mistakes.

Also in that venue, the Belgian collective Collectif Malunés stages 'Ki No Nagare'. The production combines aikido-inspired acrobatics with Japanese taiko accompaniment.

On Sunday, the edition will close at Parc de Mas Iglesias with two morning events. Barlou will perform 'Does' at 11:00 AM and Duo x Caso will present 'La Clessidra' at 12:00 PM.

Additionally, in front of the Museu de Reus, Circ de les Musaranyes will present 'Repte Gaudí' at 11:00 AM as part of the Museu Nights programming.
