The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested last April 24 a bus driver in la Pineda, in Tarragona, after intercepting him when he was driving without a seatbelt and verifying that he gave 0.81 mg/l in the breathalyzer test.
The police action occurred around quarter to eight in the evening, when the officers stopped the vehicle and detected the infraction. At the time of the control, the bus was carrying six passengers on board.
Arrested after the police check
After subjecting the driver to the alcohol test, the Mossos confirmed a rate of 0.81 mg/l. For these facts, the driver of the collective transport was arrested by the Catalan police.
The intervention was carried out in La Pineda, in the municipality of Tarragona, and affects a transport service with passengers inside the vehicle at the moment it was stopped by the agents. The investigation is now in police hands awaiting the corresponding processing.
