A fire has affected in the early hours of the morning six vehicles and the facade of a block of flats on Dos Street in the Bonavista neighborhood, in Tarragona, without any injuries being reported.
The Generalitat Firefighters received the alert at 3:11 hours and mobilized three units to the site of the incident to extinguish the flames and prevent them from spreading in an area close to homes.
Two cars have been burnt out
The damage toll leaves two vehicles completely charred. Another two cars have suffered partial burns and two more have been affected by the thermal radiation of the fire.
In addition, the facade of a nearby block has also been damaged as a consequence of the fire. Despite the intensity of the flames, no injured people are reported.
Damage next to a block of flats
The action of the personnel has focused on extinguishing the fire in the cars and controlling its impact on the nearby building. The fire has been limited to the six vehicles affected and to the facade of the affected block at this point in Bonavista.
The incident has resulted in considerable material damage, although without victims, on a residential street of this neighborhood of Tarragona.
