Lleida prepares the scenic machinery for its Fiesta Mayor, which starts this Friday, May 8, and extends until Monday, the 11th. The city unfolds a dense musical program distributed across multiple stages throughout the urban area.
The Glorieta hosts the official opening with an eclectic proposal that mixes electronic and local rock. At 8:00 PM, DJ Karreira, Dèria, and Saüc take the stage. The night continues with Pd l'Espenta at 11:30 PM and La Abuela Fuma closes the session.
Saturday consolidates the musical offering on two axes
Saturday's schedule concentrates the largest number of outstanding performances. The Festes Lleida stage premieres its lineup at 20:00 with Renaldo & Clara, a project directed by Clara Viñales. Sexi Zebras follow at 22:30 presenting their work Bravo. The early morning begins with Mama Dousha at 01:00 and ends with Jet Lag.
In parallel, the Jamaica Orchestra performs at midnight on the Orquesta stage. During their concert, the Cançó de Festa Major is officially presented, a symbolic act that marks the beginning of the big days.
La Glorieta offers a different alternative that same Saturday. At 9:00 PM, Scottish singer-songwriter Callum Beattie performs, presenting his album INDI. Afterwards, Valdivia takes over before DJ Mr. Alfil spins at 12:00 AM. The technical session is handled by DJ Psygroo & Kulle along with the Face 2 Face Live DJ & Visual Show.Techno show.
Meanwhile, Pavilion 3 maintains its nighttime activity. This Friday it already hosts the Fomo party, reserved for those over 16 years of age, thus expanding the range of available leisure beyond outdoor venues.
Sunday extends the party until dawn
The rhythm does not decline on Sunday, May 10. The Festes Lleida stage programs the artist Elena at 8:00 PM. Two and a half hours later, 31FAM presents R31. Auxili performs at 1:00 AM and Banda Neon closes the set at 2:45 AM.
La Glorieta proposes Selva Nua at 21:00. Durruti t'estimo follows at 22:30. Midnight brings DJ Sisa and Lleida AM+ DJ Selectors. The visual show Face 2 Face is repeated at 03:00 for those who last until the end.
Pavilion 3 hosts Brillo's resident DJs at 11:00 PM. On the Orquesta stage, Vulkano plays at 12:00 AM to accompany the day's farewell.
Monday the 11th puts an end to the celebrations. At 10:00 PM, a fireworks display lights up the Lleida sky. The city's Giants star in the closing parade that marks the end of this year's edition.
