The Paeria has evicted an irregular camp that had been set up for several months on a plot of land on Lluís Roca street, in Lleida, and has ordered the cleaning of the plot, where the vegetation has also been mowed and the perimeter fence damaged by a gale has been replaced.
The action, however, has not resolved the conflict in Noguerola. Residents maintain that, after the settlement was removed, rats continue to enter and leave the plot and are demanding urgent deratization because some rodents have reached the street for the first time.

Maria Àngels Revés, president of the Noguerola residents' association, explained that the person who was sleeping on the plot was attended to by social services and that they would also try to locate the owner of the land to take responsibility for the cleaning.

After this intervention, the plot on Lluís Roca street was conditioned, but the neighborhood association remains alarmed by the presence of rodents. Revés and her board state that rats continue to move around the area and access the plot from the adjacent building at number nine, a building with cracks that is still inhabited.
The association demands that the city council also act on this sanitary problem, just as it has already intervened on the plot after months of irregular occupation and deterioration of the perimeter fence.
The neighborhood board requests more cleaning and light in Rambla Ferran and el Segre
The complaint from Noguerola is not limited to Lluís Roca street. The neighborhood board has requested intensified cleaning of Rambla Ferran due to the accumulation of bird droppings on the pavement and on the new benches after the rainy season.
In the same list of demands, residents request the removal of the municipal scale on Segre avenue if it is no longer in use and reinforcement of the lighting in that area to improve the perception of safety.
They have also conveyed to the Paeria the need to repair the ditch that has been open for several months at the intersection of Vila Antònia street and Rambla Ferran, as it hinders pedestrian passage.
