The Lleida Court will judge on Thursday, June 4, a man for whom the Prosecutor's Office requests 12 years in prison for a continuous offense of sexual abuse of his daughter, who was under 16 years of age when, allegedly, the events occurred.
The prosecution places the abuse between 2011 and 2014, during the minor's stays at the accused's home on weekends. The case goes to trial years after events that, according to the public ministry's brief, would have been repeated in a family living environment.
