The Lleida City Council will open on May 4 the period to apply for a place in municipal nursery schools. This procedure is mandatory to guarantee access to the public network during the 2026/2027 school year.
Interested parties will have a limited period to submit their documentation. Applications will be accepted until May 20 at 2 p.m. without exception.
Two ways to formalize registration
The local administration enables telematic and in-person channels to streamline management. Families can opt for the digital route or go physically to the enabled registries.
Those who prefer in-person attention must respect the specific hours of each center. The municipal nursery schools will receive users from Monday to Friday between 12 and 13 hours.
The Department of Youth, Education and Employment offers extended hours from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This service requires booking an appointment by calling 973 700 618.
Personalized attention at La Faldeta
The La Faldeta kindergarten establishes its own appointment protocol to attend to families. The center's staff will be available from 9:30 to 11 AM.

Schedule for filling positions
The administration will work for three weeks to study all the requests received. The first step will be the publication of the provisional list of admitted students on May 28.
After the period for objections, the definitive list will be released. On June 9, the lists of admitted candidates will be made public along with the corresponding waiting lists.
