Ilerna has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters on Térmens street, in the Activa Park industrial estate in Lleida, next to the N-240, with a building of 5,860 square meters between construction and underground parking and another 4,600 square meters of outdoor area with a garden and parking spaces.
The company has erected the largest wooden building in Lleida with an investment of 10.5 million euros, although for now it occupies the complex with 210 workers despite being designed to house 330 employees. The opening also comes at a time of business expansion, with new acquisitions and another training project planned in Gardeny.

The building incorporates a gym, a paddle tennis court, a game room, and an auditorium, in addition to systems for generating and storing energy with 60 geothermal wells and a photovoltaic installation. The headquarters is located in one of the city's business growth areas, in the vicinity of Activa Park.
During the presentation to the media, Jordi Giné, CEO of Ilerna, stated that the project "reinforces the commitment to Lleida." Virginia Agelet, general director of Ilerna, added that "this new space symbolizes our evolution as an organization."

Josep Rull, president of the Parliament of Catalonia, presided over the inauguration and defined Ilerna as "a flagship of quality training" that has grown "from the local to the international sphere." The company currently has 1,450 employees.
In the training area, Ilerna has almost 30,000 online vocational training students, 6,000 face-to-face students, and more than 5,000 online university students. This growth has also been supported by the acquisition of Educalive and Universidad Isabel I.

The company is also preparing Ilerna Teknikum, a vocational training center specializing in electricity, automotive, and hospitality, which will be located in the old Gardeny barracks. Jordi Giné explained that the project aims to respond to the lack of specialized technical profiles that many companies detect.
Construction work on this facility will begin in June, and the center will become operational in September 2027. The new development expands the company's presence in Lleida beyond the Activa Park headquarters.
At the same time, Ilerna will be the new main sponsor of Força Lleida, in another operation with local projection for a company that has combined the growth of its online offering with the expansion of its physical structure in the city.
The future Ilerna Teknikum center will begin construction in June in the old Gardeny barracks and is scheduled to open in September 2027.
