iLERNA has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in Lleida, a 10,500-square-meter building in which it has invested 10.5 million euros and which will concentrate the group's management. The property houses more than 210 workers within a company that has 1,200 employees.
The opening has a double meaning. The company reinforces its growth from Lleida with a large-format headquarters, but at the same time uses one of the largest laminated wood constructions in Catalonia to present this leap as a commitment linked to the territory and the reduction of the carbon footprint.

The infrastructure centralizes the group's management and is integrated into an educational model that ranges from academic preparation to university training. With this move, iLERNA brings together corporate management and part of the operations that sustain its activity in the same space.
Jordi Giné, CEO of iLERNA, framed the inauguration within the company's trajectory and linked the project with its local roots.

The building incorporates 60 geothermal wells and recycled materials
The project, designed by architect Xavier Mora, prioritizes natural light and the presence of indoor vegetation. Furthermore, it integrates technical solutions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the property.
These include geothermal climate control through 60 wells, a photovoltaic installation, home automation lighting, and the use of recycled materials. The company maintains that the structural wood used in construction compensates for CO2 emissions and positions the facility among the benchmarks for sustainable construction in Catalonia.
From Lleida, the company is now planning new openings. iLERNA plans to open a center in A Coruña and is also preparing the future iLERNA Teknikum center in Gardeny, focused on vocational training.
The new headquarters building, designed by Xavier Mora, is among the largest laminated wood constructions in Catalonia, with a total area of 10,500 square meters.
