The Lleida Urban Guard has arrested four alleged perpetrators of robberies with violence and/or intimidation in less than 24 hours in the city. Among those arrested there is a minor, in two different operations carried out between Monday night and Tuesday morning.
Three detained in the street of Canyeret
The first intervention occurred on Monday at 20:55 hours on Canyeret street in Lleida. There, three men aged 24, 23 and 29 were arrested as alleged perpetrators of a robbery with violence and/or intimidation.
The action is framed within one of the two cases registered in the capital of Segrià during that interval of less than one day. The police investigation places these three arrested individuals in the same episode.
A minor arrested in the early hours
The second case was registered already in the early hours of Tuesday. At 00:25 hours, the Urban Guard arrested in the pasaje de la Prensa of Lleida a 16-year-old minor, to whom is allegedly attributed another robbery with violence and or intimidation.
It is about an action differentiated from the previous one and linked to another criminal act that occurred in the city just a few hours after the first arrest.
Two cases in less than a day
The four arrests correspond to two robberies with violence and/or intimidation committed in Lleida, solved by the Urban Guard in a period of less than 24 hours. The minor was arrested for his alleged involvement in the second of the incidents, while the other three arrested were for the case registered on Canyeret street.
The proceedings remain open to fully clarify both episodes and determine the participation of each of the detainees in the investigated events.
