Agricultural machinery loses its usual pace
The organization considers that the installation lacks practical utility beyond narrowing the roadway and hindering the transit of tractors. The official statement emphasizes that each plot has its own legalized entrance.

The affected parties argue that the administration cannot suppress consolidated access. Forcing farm workers to travel through others' properties generates unnecessary neighborhood conflicts.
A campaign against the closure of rural roads
This incident adds to the initiative Don't block our way. The movement was born in 2013 to make visible how new infrastructures ignore the needs of special machinery.
Toni Casademont, a member of the regional standing committee of l'Alt Empordà, explains that he has lost access to his field via the usual path. Now he must cross other owners' land to reach it.
The entity insists that public works must respect the connectivity of the farms. The current blockade on the GI8562R exemplifies the lack of coordination between road planning and the reality of the primary sector.
