Opening of the service on April 20
In-person assistance will start on Monday, April 20 and will operate from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 14:00 hours. From this space, guidance will be channeled to people who need support to process the regularization, both in the informative phase and in the accompaniment during the process.
The management of the service will fall to several social entities of the municipality together with municipal technical staff. Càritas Salt, Casal dels Infants, Fundació SerGi, Avancem Santa Clara, Comunalitats Som de Salt and the A Porta i Vincle project will participate.
Online processing now available
The regularization procedure can now be initiated online since April 16. In parallel, in-person management can be done from April 20 by appointment at the offices of the Social Security, Post Office or Immigration.
To resolve doubts and offer information about the process, the municipal device has enabled a WhatsApp channel and the phone 653 014 948. The objective is to concentrate in a single point the attention to the residents of Salt who want to avail themselves of this extraordinary route.
Open deadline until the end of June
The deadline to submit the application will end on June 30. The forecast contemplates a possible three-month extension in specific cases related to obtaining the background certificate. With this device, the council seeks to organize attention and facilitate access to the procedure from the local sphere.
