Four vehicles have burned in the public parking lot of Font del Gat, in Girona, during the early hours of this Friday. The fire occurred shortly after three o'clock, in an area near Claudi Girbal street and Lluís Pericot avenue, where several residents alerted the Firefighters.
Rapid Intervention by Firefighters at Font del Gat
A crew from the Bombers de la Generalitat has moved to the location to extinguish the flames. According to the emergency services' report, two of the cars were completely incinerated while the other two suffered significant damage to the interior and the sides.
The fire has not caused injuries nor has it affected the facades of nearby buildings. The Firefighters have confirmed that no personal or structural damage has occurred in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot.
