Four young people were injured during a mass fight that occurred around four in the morning on Sunday on Baix de la Riera street in Lloret de Mar. Three suffered stab wounds and a fourth had bruises, in a confrontation in which about twenty people participated against a group of five young people from Arbúcies.
One of the injured remains admitted to the Josep Trueta Hospital in Girona in serious but stable condition after undergoing two surgeries for a stab wound in the back. The assault also left another injured person transferred to the same center, who has already been discharged, and two more treated at a primary care center.

The brawl occurred in the early morning on one of the streets in the center of Lloret de Mar. The larger group was made up of people from Mataró, Tossa de Mar, and other towns, versus five young people from Arbúcies.
During the incident, a vehicle belonging to the victims also suffered material damage. Among the four injured, one of those treated at the primary care center needed stitches.
The Local Police arrested one young man and the Mossos of Blanes took over the investigation
The Local Police of Lloret de Mar arrested a young man for an alleged crime of assault after the fight. The SEM was responsible for transferring the injured to the corresponding health centers.
After the initial police and health response, the Mossos d'Esquadra Investigation Unit of Blanes has taken over the proceedings to clarify how the confrontation started and determine the involvement of those involved.
