Four men were injured in a fight with a box cutter and an iron bar in the Vilartagues neighborhood, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and two of them have already been arrested by the Mossos d'Esquadra. The brawl occurred shortly before 11:00 PM on May 26th on Rafael Pinyol i Maimí street, after a prior argument between two of the involved parties.
The fight ended with injuries for all participants, mainly from blows, but one of them suffered serious injuries and had to be admitted to the Palamós hospital with a fractured leg. Several calls to 112 alerted to what was happening in the middle of the public street.
The Mossos arrested two men two days after the fight
On the afternoon of May 28th, the Mossos d'Esquadra arrested two men, aged 26 and 46, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of injury within the framework of a tumultuous brawl. Both have prior records.
The case remains under investigation and the police do not rule out further arrests among those involved in the confrontation that occurred in Vilartagues. Images of the fight have also begun to circulate on social media after the incident.
The brawl left one seriously injured admitted in Palamós

On Friday, the two arrested individuals were brought before the Sant Feliu de Guíxols court.
