Only six municipalities in Spain surpass Lloret in the number of hotels for sale. Alicante leads the state ranking with 31 hotels advertised, followed by Calp with 23, Madrid with 22, Marbella with 21, Valencia with 20, and Malaga with 18.
In the provincial sphere, Girona ranks as the sixth province with the most hotels for sale in the country, with 63 establishments. This figure represents approximately 4% of the national total.
