The Walpurgis Witches Fair will cause traffic cuts and changes in public transport in the Sant Pere Nord neighborhood of Terrassa from 7 h on Thursday, April 30 until 23 h on Sunday, May 3. The main affectation will be concentrated on the rambla of Francesc Macià, which will remain closed to circulation in both directions between the streets of Consell de Cent and Mossèn Tatcher.
Closure on the Francesc Macià rambla and enabled accesses
During the days of celebration, traffic will be restricted on this main axis of Sant Pere Nord, although access to garages will be maintained at the intersections of the rambla with the carrers of Doctor Ferran, Girona and Provença. Circulation will also be permitted along the carrer del Doctor Ferran to enter the parking lot of the plaça del Primer de Maig.
To facilitate mobility in the area, two-way traffic will be enabled in several sections of Tarragona and Pompeu Fabra streets. This measure will be applied between Doctor Calsina street and Francesc Macià promenade. It will also affect Tarragona, Doctor Ferran, Girona, Mare de Déu de la Balma, Pompeu Fabra, and Frederic Mistral streets, between Manresa street and Francesc Macià promenade.
Changes in the L6 bus line
Public transport will also be conditioned by the device. Line L6, which connects La Cogullada with Nacions Unides, will modify its route while the restrictions last.
In the direction of Nacions Unides, the buses will circulate along Doctor Calsina street. In the direction of La Cogullada, they will pass along Roig i Ventura street. Additionally, provisional stops will be enabled on Roig Ventura and Doctor Calsina streets, between Doctor Ferran and Girona streets.
The stops of Francesc Macià and plaça del Primer de Maig will be cancelled in both directions. The Provença stop in direction to La Cogullada will also be removed. The schedules of line L6 may be altered during the entire period of affectation, coinciding with the celebration of the fair in Sant Pere Nord.
