The Baldosa promenade, in Bellvitge, hosted last night the Night of Tributes to Queen and Abba within the Festes de Primavera 2026, in a musical event that gathered a large audience for several hours.
First sounded Queen in Bellvitge
The day started around half past six in the afternoon with the performance of Momo, a group in charge of paying tribute to Queen. The group brought to the stage a repertoire focused on the great hits of the British band from the 1970s and 1980s.
Momo has been performing Queen songs in Spain and Europe for 20 years, and in Bellvitge he offered a two-hour concert in which he reviewed some of the group's best-known songs.
Relay for the tribute to Abba
Around nine in the evening Abba the new experience took over, which presented its show Revolution in the passeig de la Baldosa. The proposal also lasted for two hours and was centered on the most emblematic songs of the Swedish quartet.
Abba the new experience has 12 years on the stages interpreting Abba's repertoire. In Bellvitge, Anna K. García, Mònica Vives, Juanma Sánchez and Joaquín Catalán performed, accompanied by a band of four musicians.
One of the events of the Festes de Primavera
La Nit de Tributs was part of the program of the Festes de Primavera 2026 and turned the passeig de la Baldosa into one of the meeting points of the night in Bellvitge. The double performance linked two two-hour concerts with widely recognizable themes for the attending public.
