Further north, the heat was also felt in the Pyrenees. El Pont de Suert reached 30.1 degrees and La Seu d'Urgell reached 30.6.

In Tàrrega, the Escola Maria Mercè Marçal registered 32.2 degrees inside a classroom, the highest temperature reported in an educational center during the day. In Lleida, the Institut Sant Josep de Calassanç reached 29 degrees.
