Opinions and reports

The Catalan Data Protection Authority responds to requests for information and questions formulated by the general public and entities included in its scope of authority.

The positions contained in the opinions drawn up by the Authority in relation to the formal consultations made by these entities provide a reply to the enquiry in the terms in which it is raised and taking into account any background information provided. They do not condition the position of the Authority with respect to other situations.
The Authority has modified or eliminated certain references in the text of some opinions in order to preserve the identity of the people and entities that made the enquiry.

Opinions are only available in Catalan and Spanish.
